The company is headed by Kevin Croswell as President, and James Hutchinson, Vice-president.

Mr Croswell's experience includes 14 years in the brokerage business, as an investment advisor, vice-president and partner in a Bay Street stock-brokerage. Upon leaving the brokerage world in 2000, he consulted in various positions for corporations in the satellite, medical, broadcasting, media and property business. Direct involvement in Central American property markets is the foundation and impetus for the creation of Ascendant Estate Properties SA.

Mr. Hutchinson brings a background in journalism, business and technology training, and personal involvement in the property business to the company. He currently works with many recognized corporations like; British Telecom, Bank of Ireland, Vodafone, European Central Bank, CBS Outdoor Advertising, and others
